Six-axis Stewart motion platform on Gmotion linear actuators — pitch, roll, yaw, heave, surge and sway. 500 to 2,000 kg stock, 15,000 kg custom.

The flagship of the Gmotion range: a six-degree-of-freedom hexapod built on our own electric linear actuators — 1000 mm/s, 20,000 mm/s² (2 g) and ±0.05 mm repeatability per leg — driven by Gmotion multi-axis controllers and the G-Control predictive motion software. Every component in the motion loop is designed and manufactured in-house. The platform is a self-contained motion module: bolt your cabin, cockpit, sensor stack or test fixture on top and connect power and telemetry. Stiff geometry holds tracking accuracy under asymmetric load; safety limits, current limits and travel envelopes are configured per axis and per project. Standard payload classes are 500, 1,000 and 2,000 kg; custom builds have been delivered up to 15,000 kg. Electric only — no hydraulics, no compressor room, no oil. 220 V single-phase for the 500 kg class, 380 V three-phase above. Drawings, a payload-specific motion envelope and interface documentation are issued before you sign. Lead time 8–14 weeks.
