6DOF Geared Platform

Six-axis motion platform on servo gear-motors — flatter, quieter and lighter on stand-by power than the actuator hexapod. 500 to 2,000 kg.

Same six-axis Stewart geometry as our actuator platform, with each leg driven by a Gmotion servo gear-motor with its own encoder and closed-loop current-controlled drive. The gear-motor design trades peak stroke for a lower profile, quieter operation and lower idle consumption — the right choice where ceiling height, noise budget or duty cycle matter more than peak acceleration. Control electronics, firmware and the G-Control motion software are shared with the entire Gmotion lineup, so an integrator running one platform family can mix actuator and geared units under a single software stack. Payload classes 500, 1,000 and 2,000 kg; mounting interfaces, frame height and travel envelope are tuned to the cabin or fixture you intend to mount. What ships: the platform, Gmotion controller and drives, a G-Control software licence, drawings and interface documentation. No third-party licences, no vendor lock; source access for OEM partners under NDA. Lead time 8–14 weeks.
