About Gmotion

We build the machines that make simulation move.

Gmotion is an engineering and manufacturing company. Since 2010 we have designed and built motion systems end-to-end — mechanics, electric actuators, motor controllers, servo drives, firmware and the G-Control software — in our own factory in California and our engineering office in the EU.

More than 800 systems in over 25 countries: flight training devices, vehicle and crew trainers, driver-in-the-loop rigs for automotive OEMs and racing programmes, robotics and autonomous-vehicle test platforms, university research rigs, marine stabilisation and motion bases supplied to attraction builders. Roughly half of what we ship is engineered to a customer brief.

Why it matters that everything is in-house: the engineer who designed your actuator also wrote the firmware that drives it, tuned the cueing that moves it and will answer your support ticket. No subcontracted electronics, no licensed motion software, no integrator markup — and no black box between your simulation and the platform.

Gmotion six-axis motion platform in production

Vertically integrated since 2010

Actuators, frames, controllers, drives and software are designed and produced by one team. Serviceable wear parts, documented firmware and interfaces, nothing proprietary hidden in the control loop.

Our own controllers, drives and G-Control

Multi-axis controllers and BLDC servo drives on one firmware family from 2 to 6 axes, driven by G-Control — predictive AI cueing, washout filters and per-axis tuning exposed to the operator.

100 kg to 15,000 kg

One platform family from a compact cockpit to a full-vehicle six-axis rig. Custom payloads, axis layouts and mounting interfaces accepted on engineering review, with drawings issued before you sign.
